Process Meeting Responses in Outlook

You are able to process and track meeting responses. You will first need to be sure that your Outlook is set to automatically process meeting responses.
1. In Outlook, select "File" on the ribbon menu. 

2. Click on "Options."

3. Click on "Mail" and scroll down to the "Tracking group."

4. Make sure that the box for "Automatically process meeting requests and requests and responses..." is checked. If it isn't, Outlook won't try to do anything with those requests. 
5. Select "OK" to finish.
