Windows stuck on update 1511 Fix

Some people with older NMU issued ThinkPad computers using NMU software images created prior to the fall of 2017 may find their version of Windows is stuck at update version 1511. To verify if your Thinkpad is affected and steps to resolve it follow the instructions at Windows 10 version 1511 and Kaspersky version 10.2.x not updating.
