Technology Support Services (TSS)
Technical Support Services (TSS -- formally known as the Helpdesk and Micro Repair) are committed to providing the highest level of quality support to NMU students, faculty, and staff. We support NMU network connections, network services, and NMU issued software and computers, including notebooks issued to students as part of NMU's TLC Program. Limited support for other systems may be provided or referred to other service providers on campus as available. Help is available by phone, walk-in, or online. Please have your NMUIN or UserID ready when contacting us.
