HelpDesk (906) 227-2468
The HelpDesk is committed to providing the highest level of quality support to NMU students, faculty, and staff. Support is provided for NMU network connections, network services, and NMU issued software and computers, including TLC notebooks. Limited support for other systems may be provided or referred to other service providers on campus as available. Help is available via email, telephone, walk-in service and the IT/Helpdesk Web site.

Provides hardware support for NMU students, faculty, and staff.
 
ACAC (Academic and Career Advisement Center) (906) 227-2971
The Academic and Career Advisement Center (ACAC) is responsible for new student orientation sessions, first year student advising, academic proficiency, all-campus tutoring and the freshman probation program. Advisers in ACAC can help any NMU student with choosing the best academic path for success and navigating options to be successful after graduation.

The Admissions office works with incoming and potential NMU students with the application process and also answers questions about NMU. 
 
Alumni (906) 227-2650
The Alumni Association connects alumni, students, friends and community and caters to Alumni resources. 
 
CTL (Center for Teaching and Learning) (906) 227-2483
The CTL provides consultation for faculty on teaching techniques and course design, supports faculty use of the NMU EduCat learning management system and other instructional technologies, and supports technology and furniture installed in NMU's learning spaces.
 
Graduate Studies (906) 227-2300
Offers information on applying to graduate degree programs and resources for graduate students. 
 
Registrar (906) 227-2258
The Registrar’s Office oversees management of student records, course registration and scheduling, degree evaluations, commencement, and transcripts.
 
Student Service Center (906) 227-1221
The Student Service Center is a one-stop office where students can address a variety of issues, including payments, registration, housing and financial aid, and other things.

Provides Network Connectivity, Telephone and Voice Mail services, and maintenance to the students, faculty and staff of Northern Michigan University.
