Some users of AutoCAD 2014 have reported the application crashes when clicking on Open or New from the top window. This hotfix is designed to address that issue. To install the hotfix make sure AutoCAD is not running, then select Download Now, and click Run. You will then be prompted to allow the Registry Editor to run and you will need to confirm that you want to continue. You will see a notice that the values were successfully added. Once this fix has been applied, you can use AutoCAD New and Open options without a problem. Please see the NMU Help Desk if the problems persist.
