Uninstalling Programs in Windows

Use the Add or Remove Programs control panel to remove software that you've installed, but no longer need. Removing unnecessary software will free up the drive space and system resources.
Though these instructions use Windows 10, the steps are similar in earlier versions of Windows.

1. In the Start menu or search bar, type "Programs" and select the "Programs and Features" option when it appears.

2. This will open a list of all programs installed on your computer. Double click a program and select "Yes" on the dialogue box that appears to confirm the uninstall.

Note: We reccomend that you restart your computer after uninstalling programs to ensure a complete uninstall.
